Photographer Office

The business classification of this tired old building remained the same while a new owner updated two separate spaces into a single space for his action photography business. The exterior was updated with newer and more exciting materials. Window area was added to take advantage of natural daylighting and to enhance the connection between indoor and outdoor. This project is on the cutting edge of the Ski Run neighborhood revival.

A cluttered, fragmented floor plan was simplified into open work space, a conference room, privacy booths and lounge space. The front of the building was shifted from the side street to Ski Run Boulevard, the main commercial access. This simple remodel makes a striking difference in an up and coming neighborhood.

Before this was a tired old cabin After remodel this was transformed into a functional photographer office
