A vacation home located just blocks from the California Base of Heavenly Ski area, this house takes advantage of the limited sun and views of the forest setting. The design provides for a window wall while still providing privacy to the Living area. The warm and sunny Entry provides a place to take off ski boots and clothing upon arrival after a day on the slopes. The large and open plan provides room for larger groups to gather in a natural sunlight space. Several decks project into the surrounding forest and provide a connection between indoor and outdoor spaces.
