A basic home in need of additional living space and a usable garage served as the starting point for this remodel project. Stringent site constraints and a client with discriminating tastes led to a journey of exploration that resulted in this fine example of contemporary mountain architecture. The creative experience lives on with several interactive features located throughout the home.

The existing garage was converted to guest bedrooms and a game room. A new entry and enclosed stairs were added and a new garage was located closer to the street for better access. The small upper level deck was expanded to create an outdoor living area with a sunroom ideal for practicing yoga or relaxing on a sunny winter day.
